Our primary focus and mission for our association is ”helping our members build, preserve and harvest multi-generational wealth” in the areas of real estate. Las Vegas REIA is the only official Las Vegas Affiliate of The National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA) is a 501 (c) 6 trade association made up of local associations or investment clubs throughout the United States and represents local investor associations, property owner associations, apartment associations, and landlord associations on a national scale. Together we represent the interests of approximately 35,000 members across the U.S. As such, we are the largest broad based organization dedicated to the individual investor.

Our goal is simple: to provide an environment where Real Estate Investors can create huge success through knowledge, networking and opportunities.

Each meeting we have a market update, exchange of real estate deals, and educational information. This includes Expert Panels, National Speakers, Professional Experts and Local Speakers. Our group is designed to take the best techniques from around the country and utilize them here in our local Las Vegas real estate market.
