John Sheldon

John moved to Las Vegas to operate his own adjusting firm along with his parents and son. He took over an insurance agency, ultimately building that business into a million-dollar agency. He sold the agency and sold the adjusting firm and started working on his own from his home based office.

While running his business John had stopped working any kind of real estate acquisitions except for having creatively purchased the first homes for his 2 adult children.  In late 2011 John decided it was an ideal time to get back into investing in real estate. 

Since then John has attended too many workshops and other educational events to begin to count.  Needless to say he has extensive education and experience with buying and selling property using creative financing strategies.  Since getting back into investing in Real Estate John has purchase several properties, a few of which were fix and flips.  He has also worked with several individuals helping to get contracts in place as well as helping to flip properties.
