Peter Poll enjoys a challenge. 

Organize a company including all licensing, hire, acquire clients and become profitable in 3 months?  You bet!  Create and implement a plan to close 100+ HUD REO closings per month?  Done!  Put a house on stilts while excavating a crumbling foundation in order to replace it?  No problem! 

During 14 years in the title insurance industry Peter has worked his way up from a “lowly” runner through the ranks of post-closing, to title officer, escrow officer, state manager and owner of a title company.  He enjoys helping people through the closing process and is proficient training (groups as well as individuals), public speaking, organizing workflows, and presentations big and small.  Peter will find creative solutions around a problem, and is not afraid to jump in and mitigate a major catastrophe.  He likes challenges in his personal life as well.  With 6 kids 13 years old and younger, and yet another “fixer-upper” he is assured of many challenges in the future.  What kind of challenge can Peter Poll help you with?
